

In School Violence Prevention
UP provides sage opprotunities for youth to engage in leadership and skills development, plan community civic engagement opportunities, and participate in alternative recreational activities as a reward for hard work.
Case Management
UP staff provide year round individual case management services to youth to reduce recidivism and improve overall health through increasing knowledge and access to ancillary services through an integrated network of collaborative partners and referral services.
Workforce Development
UP provides skills development and workforce training, academic assistance with GED/HSE, college enrollment, and referrals to vocational training and other employment programs to ensure that youth become self-sufficient adults.
Community and Crisis Response Services
UP staff provide support to city-wide crisis response teams, case management services, and street level outreach to prevent and reduce violent incidents.
After-School Programs
UP after-school programs provide a safe haven for elementary and middle school youth where they have access to homework assistance, recreational activities, civic engagement opportunities, and early skills development workshops.
